You should be able to take the car to an automotive store that sells them and they can fix you up. That is what we did with a friends Cobra that had a wheel somewhat like yours but not quite as bad. One of the parts men came out, took the wheel off and took it in back and in about 2o minutes we were on our way with the new wood steering wheel and I think it was the 15" model..
