Won't line up correctly...

A 302 block is 8.200" in deck height, a 351W is 9.500". There's quite a bit of difference in how the headers will be made in order to bolt up and exit the body in the correct spot. You will need 302 headers, or you will need to be creative on the sidepipe/header flange and body opening.
