A great event - we really enjoyed it.

However, my mum/mom fell out with their box office before Christmas: they refused to send her out tickets (i.e. my christmas present) unless she gave them another £12 for a christmas presentation pack. Petty or what?

.... so I'll get them sometime in the new year, when the box office deams they can no longer extract extra cash.

I really think this like trying to strangle the goose that lays the golden eggs.
