For anyone that is interested, went to the dealer and they said that is would be a wiring fault and needed car for 1/2 day to check and do diagnostics .
I am not prepared to believe that it is this complicated. A new flasher can/relay from Honda was going to be $90-, a replacement stalk $230-. FFS.... Really!
So I got hold of a wiring diagram and saw what goes to the flasher (6 connections) so I was jumping connections and saw that on different connection either the right side or the left side lit up. Therefore I believe it was the flasher can.
Visit to wrecker and $10- later for a flasher can, plugged in and all works perfect.
Thanks for all suggestions and ideas , I tried them all but didn't want to spend the coin...... Spending is for the fun car.
