It says right on American Speed Specialties website that they are the distributor for PS Enginerring wheels.

All wheels on this website are from PSE, so I don't know why you'd need the brochure. I looked at the pics decided on the type of wheel I wanted and call Phil. Phil knows most back spacing requirements for most replica manufacturers.
