Default Mike Teske bought 1011

In a story in this week's Autoweek it says Mike Teske , who has built some replica GT40s, bought a real one that turned out to be 1011, a Mk. II. It doesn't say who he bought it from but when I looked it up on a GT40 site with serial numbers it shad a letter from a guy who said he had bought two project cars from Holman in 2006-7 time period so I wonder if it was one of those guys?

Here is that note:

"I have bought the rights and parts from Lee Holman in 2006/7and I am in the process of restoring/rebuilding the car. If interested I can email pictures of the progress. Also, I am in the Shelby registry. I have also bought other project GT40 from Lee."

My questionis: rights and parts doesn't sound the same as "chassis" so is this where Teske bought it?
