Hi Nick,
I actually replace my worn out MK IV A-arm bushings by this parts:
Energy Suspension Control Arm Bushing Sets 4-3125G - SummitRacing.com
You have to shorten the metal tubes comming with the kit to the original length measured from the 2original tubes.
