Sambo, I filed down the seams, buffed mine with non silicone cutting compound and stuck some vynil stripes on. It was that shiney that people thought it was actually painted. The seams and some inclusion repairs gave it away though.
The gel coat is actually grey though it has taken on a blue hue in this pic.
