Thats good to hear. I was a little concerned about lost capacity. I also shortened the pickup about 20mm. I just cut a section out of the tube and welded the end back. Good fun tig welding something that has been submerged in oil for 3 years! I made the join so that it will be submerged in oil just in case there are any very small leaks that could suck air and effect the oil pickup.
