Default What sound are you looking for?

fordracing65 Mufflers, camshaft profiles, high compression, and even tie bars for hydro roller lifters all can be heard. Motors with Webers when setup right can heard a sound pitch change when they clear out.
Are you looking for a nasty idle, Loud exhaust, or bug killer?? A little more info would help on the noise. Rick l. PS A solid camshaft and hydro roller camshaft don't have the same ramps for the profile and will give the motor a different tone with every else being the same. Hydro are really the way to go. I have run a set of crane hydro roller for 16 years and no problems with high oil pressures. They run like solids if setup with min valve lash.
