Read this on another forum (Mustang) that road registered cars on trailers leaving a race venue were getting a defect notice from the EPA to get tested or the like
-- anybody had experience with this?? maybe food for thought.
Enclosed trailers, secretly entering and departing venues, screening of patrons to the venue etc comes to mind
May have to move to WA before they succeed from these Eastern states BS
