A popular combination these days (for original Cobras with stock wheel arches) is 15X6.0 wheels front and 15X7.0 wheels rear. Most tires on 15X7.0 wheels will probably rub wheel arches (blisters paint really quick). Custom made rear adapters can be / have been made to inset the rear wheels in as far as they will stand to get more coachwork clearance in the rear.
