The big brakes are fine for the street, Wilwood or Sierra. I use the soft Hawk pads -- they do fine for the street, and work better the warmer you get them. I don't have the "pop, click" noise, but they will squeal a bit when cold. If you want to see some nice pad graphs for temps, click here:
