You know, Lippy, if you're not racing a fire-suppression system is a nice-to-have, but not necessary. A good fire extinguisher is a must.

I do like having my Halon system. I don't think about it much, but should the unthinkable happen, it would prove to be more than a nice-to-have.

But, you know: Brakes? Check! Fire Suppression System? ??
