Haha the RMS wolves! They are only scary if you fear them. Most bullies only understand one approach, and are often quite weak when you call their bluff.
The important thing to remember is they only care about the paperwork, not the real world. The same people were adamant that a Toyota Lexcen and a VN Commodore were different vehicles because the paperwork says so (and hence certain mods had to be certified differently). The real world points out that even the VIN structure is the same...
Anyway, that's a different story for a different day. Information is power, and rather than repeat myself here all day, I urge you guys to have a look at the Oz Clubbies site, because that is where I spend most of my time.
Unfortunately I'm an outsider here (I have a clubbie) and I'm an outsider there (it has a V8). I'm not fussed, as long as we all love cars. I also have an addiction to Rover V8's, but then, I'm a Pom - another reason why I know ICV registration shouldn't be as hard as people think.
