Hey Mike, I would have someone under the dash and someone else run a light under the hood and look for the gaps. They are the worst things for letting underhood heat into the cockpit. Check especially around the hinges and the fit of the firewall to the body. The L panel at the front of the tunnel and the tunnel needs some screws to pull the parts together and seal up any gaps. I like to put reflective tape across the underside of the joint between them.
