It's all PC, and one front wheel was more like the rear wheels, the other, not. The finish on the wheels is really not all that great. I examined them pretty closely to see exactly where the PC was and where it was not, you know, where it started and where it ended. The finish is nice, but rough. But, it's a wheel, and in seven years I've never really noticed it before, so wtf.... I don't know if I would even want it to be all the nice, rough is probably better.
