Default The Classic Driver story on green GT40

The story has beautiful pictures. the only thing is they mention 4.2 liter early in the story but I couldn't find where they say 4.7 liter later. Also the story about finding it in a London lock-up =way back when I read of the discovery of the car earlier, it was in a junk yard. I don't have the SAAC publication referred to but if anybody knows the real story, love to hear it.

PS Sir John Whitmore , Bondurant's co-driver in the targa, has been photographed in the restored car. I wonder if he liked the restoration. I read a rather sad story on him in an English magazine, that told that he lost his landed estate and now lives in a simple apartment. I guess in England if you can't keep up the inherited landed estate you lose it, kind of Downton Abbey re-visited
