I spoke to the local Holden dealer today. They have 2 pedals listed, 92238396 which is a standard black pedal and then the alloy pedal (didnt ask part number). The price was reasonable, $85 for the standard pedal and around $113 for the alloy. 4blok have to be joking at the prices they are asking. Apparently the standard pedal is the same on the v6.

I ordered the standard pedal as it is only $20 more than the cheapest used one on eBay and if it doesn't work properly I might be able to swap it if I keep it in new condition.

You were right sideshow about the plug, only available as the loom. I will just go to the wrecker or send an email to psi with a picture and see what they can get. Google tells me the sam pedal part number is used in the caprice police cars in the states.
