Totally agree re Spring Mtn...did a 3-day refresher there a couple of years ago when I had the C6. But Skip Barber or other schools are just as good for getting started and essential.

Evan...might I suggest a sorted out coupe or fastback Mustang used in SCCA, but maybe not at the level of that lovely piece JohnnyMac's showing (love that car). You're likely going to have some bodywork issues as you learn, so why take it out on a beautiful thing like that?
