Along the side of the pump are a couple of available inlets and outlets with screw in plugs. Swap the plugs to chanve.

Edelbrock has an adapter specifically for this pump so you can run either, or both lines in from the bottom. It's an aluminum plate that replaces the Holley pump bottom plate. Summit has 'em.

On 351W (same pump), had to run inlet in through bottom, and outlet with a 90 elbow from the side.
