If those are the "crescent" shaped pads they are out of stock all over, I shipped my last sets to Texas and Qatar. I do have the round "Spot" type pads in stock as well as the discs.
You can however have them "relined"...find a good brake and clutch distributor and take the old pads to them. They can reline and re-rivet the new fricton material onto the existing backing plates. Be sure to check them against a flat surface, even new factory pads will have a "dish" and not have full contact with the disc. if they are not flat you can surface them on a sander. You will be amazed how much more holding power the brake has when all of the friction material meets the disc surface.
