Bare metal, or raw aluminum? Are you shooting Enamel, Urethane, or Waterborne? I'd love to see you try to Eprime over a raw aluminum body sanded to 120 grit with just the recommended coats.....

When was the last time you prepped a raw aluminum body for paint (mine was December 2011 just before the switch to water borne)....
