Keep telling yourself there's never a reason or stress level to justify a return to the habit.
I started at age 14. By the time I quit at age 36 I had done cigs, snuff, pipe and chewing tobacco. In fact when I quit, I had a wad of Levi Garrett chew in one side, and was smoking a Marlboro cigarette at the same time. Yecchh!
