My Early Shamrock kit is real in as much as Shamrock owned the Cobra trademark for cars in South Africa and built it under that label
, so it is a real Cobra, and it is also real because it exists and is not a mirage or a figment of their imagination , but I would never call it real because it clearly is not a sixties one from the Shelby factory - so I tell everyone it is a replica or kit car of which I am very proud because my wife built the motor for me and helped me with the assembly of the car and as such it has special meaning to me.
