I have heard these stories before. I you guys are buying from over seas you need to do research on who you are doing business with. We send engines all over the world and I have never treated anyone like this. there are way to many shady people out there these days. there are a few reputable builders left and these guys know who they are.
If it sounds to good it probably is. Buyer be ware of these fly by night shops. Set up in one name rip people of and then close and open up in a few months later under another name.
