The A arms are custom and adjustable but the engineer refused to tack weld and test, which meant he guessed about 6 times and each time full finish welded both sides and plated. In the end he got the shape close enough but had 20 mm offset more than we requested leaving us a minimum caster of 12 degrees. A costly disaster.

Sorry mate, for some reason I thought you had a Harrison - obviously Harrison top arms are not a viable solution.
An electric rack seems like a complicated way to deal with excessive castor. Can't the engineer correct
his mistake and remove 20mm from the offset?
