Just as a follow-up....
The engine has been in the capable hands of Jay and the boys at Vintage Motorsports for several weeks now. I must say, they do good work.
Unfortunately, the freight company decided to see if it would bounce or not and it arrived with a slightly cock-eyed engine cradle and a dented
oil pan.
I drop shipped Jay another dry sump pan from Aviaid and they fixed her up.
Honestly, this has been one of my favorite builds so far. Everything has just come together really well as far as the appearance and performance of the engine, and the appearance and build of the car. It's a really sweet package. We had some issues with
oil pump to frame rail clearance, but it's been taken care of.
Here's a link to some of the install pics as Gary gets them from Jay.
