Rick, Are you looking at my photo, or the one from Joyriding? My photo link is the photobucket above, and it has a chamfer that looks like it may be compatable for the taper seat plug and a counter bore for the gasket seat plug.

I'm thinking that this head was made for both types of spark plugs as I have read that some heads were made this way.
