Maybe it's just me, but $200k for that car? Not worth the money for a replica of an original.

If I wanted an aluminum bodied cobra, I would buy a kirkham. No matter what the continuation car builders and owners claim, they are not now, nor will they ever be, an original Shelby cobra. They will always be the redheaded stepchild of the original. Shelby American is just trying to cash in on the legendary status of C.S. before the mystique fades away for ever.

When I see a poorly made FFR cobra selling for $47k and a Roush engined superformance cobra going for $49k at Barrett last weekend, it further reinforces my opinion that buyers haven't got a clue about the value of these cars.
