Reading the sup regs there have been changes to the sprint format for this year. It looks like its gone back to the old way. There shall be 5 laps: 1 entry / warm up lap, 3 flying timed laps and 1 cool down lap / return to pits.

Yep, bit of a shame really, gives the 'lucky lappers' a bit of a chance....
It's more of a challenge to get 3 good laps than to get 1 'lucky lap'.
Maybe some competitors complaining of not being to be able to count to 3.....
