At that size, your choices are somewhat limited. Nitto only makes 2 tires in that size, the NT01 and the new Invo. Both around $230-250 each.

But, if you use a 284/40-18, you can find other choices. The Nitto 555 is an excellent all around street tire, and costs about $200. I'v been using those for a couple of years, and I really like them. When they wear out, I'll probably get another set.

I have heard good things about about the Goodyear F1 tire. I believe it's a factory tire for a lot of vehicles, like the Corvette and Charger. Somewhat cheaper than the Nitto, at about $170.
