OK, here is a question from Arkansas. Will the 17"'knock off wheels fit a tire changer without messing up wheel? I have a four pound lead hammer and proper pliers.

The wire is here, too. Can my wheels be balanced on regular machine?
All my weights are on inside now.

I could go to Memphis if I have to. Any suggestions for anything even where in Memphis?
