Here's what I have done for my oil pressure sender. I removed the factory one and decided to use the same location. The sender is 1/8 NPT of course, and the factory location is M16. I contemplated just using adapters but the sender doesn't really fit in there (hits intake manifold). A right-angle adapter would help but it would get quite long M16 -> AN6 -> AN4 -> NPT and might snap with vibration, so I put in a short piece of -4 hose and the sender is mounted to a convenient bracket with a large P-clip.

The piping is M16/AN6 adapter, AN6/4 reducer, AN4 hose, AN4/NPT right-angle.

Also the blue thingo is a silicon end-piece that I got off ebay to plug what is normally for the brake booster (I'm not running a booster). I have 9 more of these end-pieces, if anyone wants one just shout.
