Send them to me if you need them tweaked.
I've never had any carb whatsoever work perfectly out of the box. They are meant to be universal and you can't expect them to work as well in New York as they would Arizona.
I did a back to back dyno test of a Holley HP Ultra 950 and a Quick Fuel Q-950 on a 445W and the QFT netted 11 more horsepower. That's with them both being "tweaked".
