Barry: The BT doubles are what I had in there. They measure .145" . I think they were too thick. Is the .120 that you mention a single thickness or the double?
As mentioned above, the manifold fits perfectly with .090" shims between heads and intake surface w/no gasket. Jegs web page for the fel-pro racing gaskets states that they are available in thickness' from .090 to .120.
Thinking that a 1246S-3 428CJ might be the way to go, but need to know how much more to add to the .090" for crush.
Any help appreciated. Need to get this thing ready for the Reptile Roundup !
