Well, you know you need a 90" wheelbase, so really all you have to do is figure out the original angle of the front suspension to the frame. Looking at the original frame photo, I would guess the 2 front legs where the radiator mounts are parallel with the original rear section of frame where the outboards are located. Set everything on a level surface and make the rear parallel with the ground. Do the same with the front and match the front frame with the rear.

How long is the wheel base now? It looks to be about 8" longer? If you can't get measurements, just hack that section out, line everything up and weld it back together.
