John....I'm interested. It seems a fair price. Do you think you can get a "cobra day"? In the 7 years I have lived here I can remember about two times someone tried to get a track day and there wasn't enough interest to get an "exclusive" track day because of the cost. I think Mikiec is representative of the track interest in PHX.
