For STREET RADIALS, Sportsman SRs are an affordable great handling tire. Avons are awesome, if you're OK with 10-15K mileage. There's not much else available in high performance street radials. There a bunch of drag radials that fit. Some have used the Nitto 555R drag radials on front and rear with good results, it offers a much stiffer sidewall than other drag radials. I run the Sprortsman SRs on the street and switch to Nitto NT01s for the track (18 inch rims).

If you want the Billboards, remember they are RACE bias ply. The compound needs warmed before it sticks well, the sidewalls are not designed for curbs and potholes, and there are issues with sidewall cracking after a few years. You need to inspect them regularly. They are designed for a few track days and then to be discarded. Unless you are tracking the car, it's unlikely you will find the limits of them on the street.
