Default Remote Oil Filter Fitting

I snapped a fitting on my Superformance temp gauge where it screws into the remote oil filter. In the photo I placed green dots on it for identification. The oil filter housing fitting has 1/2 inch NPT threads with unknown threads inside for the fitting between it and the brass temp gauge nut.

Does anyone have a clue what the part or threads are that mate the two?

It looks like 3/8' but it's not....metric?

I recently replaced my lifters and Rockers with Comp Cams roller lifters and roller rockers. I received a lot of help from Panavia (Steve). Without his assistance I would still be scratching my head wondering if I bought the best parts for my application. THANKS AGAIN STEVE!

The car runs stellar again and the only reason it's broke again is because of the winterizing and checking all visible nuts bolts and screws.........Maybe I'm a little OCD...ya think?
