That's pretty common -- probably over by the passenger side's head corner. You can
almost eliminate it (unless it's a gusher) by putting your rubber glove on, putting a glob of
Ultra-Grey RTV on your index finger, and then run your finger along the manifold/head/block line. Allow it to dry, then do it again.
