The Tri State Cobra Association is a very loosely organized group of enthusiasts....We meet when we feel like it, and where we feel like it.....usually with only a few days/weeks notice, as there are many members, but only a handful that are truly active.......... As for NJ registration and inspection...Most of the loopholes have been closed due to the do diligence (I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV) of the NJDMV....However, the new "collectors" "limited useage" registration seems to be the hot ticket for just about anyone who will not put more than 3,000 miles on their cars in a year.............
