Hi,
I'm thinking about going down the path of fitting a vintage style tire which will give a more bulbous sidewall. My problem is that the front tire is already protruding further than I like, and it's only a 235/60/15" tire.
Is this as a result of the torsion bar suspension? Does the early Contemporary suspension have a different front track measurement to the later coil over?

It doesn't appear that there's enough material to be able to take 3/4" off the hub mounting flange is there? Has anyone done this?
