Well, it was great weather for driving the Cobra this weekend. Didn't even need the heater today - nice sunny day. As a result, I now have 376 miles on the car. I have the carb linkage adjusted so I don't yet have full throttle - close though

Friday, I had the alignment checked and everything was right on spec, so no adjustments necessary. Only had one issue so far and I was able to resolve it quickly. The car developed a very loud chirp from the rear end. Sounded like brakes but braking had no affect on the chirping. I was puzzled at first and then realized that the emergency brake has its own pads so I reached over and pulled the lever up a little and the chirping stopped. Put it down and it started again. So, I did a stop from about 50 with the emergency brake. Chirping is now gone. Didn't realize I needed to set the emergency brake pads, but it makes sense.
Winter weather is setting in tomorrow so that's probably the last drive for a while. The past two days will go a long way toward making winter a bit more tolerable. Maybe I'll even think about something other than the car...
