Even the earliest of NAF's had a NAF plate on them.

NAF was not around in 1974, and the US did not start using a 17 digit VIN sequence until 1981 at the earliest.


VIN may be an early 90's state of CT issued VIN.........Newer CT issued VIN's are shorter in nature
