I'd say the HSV cats have a better chance of passing the IM240 than a set of aftermarket "Euro III" cats.

According to the following info, Euro 4 came into effect for new passenger vehicles in 2008. There are special rules for ICVs but with Euro 5 and 6 being phased in, I wouldn't count on Euro 3 being acceptable for too much longer. Perhaps an engineer can chime in here?
