I am not sure about the throw out bearing turning all the time but it is possible since they have changed so many things. But to me it sounds more as if you don't have enough leverage to engage and disengage the clutch properly. Maybe a different clutch fork or something along that line which would give you an extra 1/2 to 1/2 inch adjustment would help. Also when I won't go into gear, is it locked out completely or will it go into gear if you grind the gears?
