You can't. Brake dust and road grime will always win. Forget bright white after the first drive. Plus they always look better with a bit of off-white / tan.
I'll say it again. Ranger tire paint. Remove the G'year paint (which will be tan by now) with lacquer thinner. Thin the paint 20% with water or Windex.
Apply in letters. Clean rough edges with Lacquer thinner or pick off with blade.
If you're too lazy to do it right, then just leave them.
