Kevin, thankfully, one of the few problems I didn't have was interference at the opening in the body. i have a minimum 3/8" clearance, and mostly more. Notching the body is one way to do it, but I managed to get it right using some additional metal hanger material and the sidepipes are now parallel to the body in two planes, so I think I'm all good. Thanks.
