The answer is pretty easy for your specific car but harder to answer for a Cobra in general.

To find the answer all you have to do is turn your steering wheel sharply while traveling at the (high) speed you want to evaluate and stand on your throttle. That's all there is to it! Your car will do the rest for you automatically.

Almost forgot, don't forget to turn on the driverside G-meter to get a first hand representation of the event documented. You will be impressed! It will take your breath away - occasionally, depending on how well you handle these sorts of events, a few other things as well.
